Policies & Procedures
Allie of all Trades prefers meeting “virtually,” but is open to meetings on location when necessary.
Let us know if you are going to be late:
- Hourly Clients will be invoiced for the actual meeting time based on current hourly rate.
- In case of a late virtual meeting for Retainer Clients, the time will be spent doing work for their company until meeting begins.
- If an Hourly Client is late for an in person meeting with Allie of all Trades there will be a 5 minute grace period unless notice is given by client.
- After Hourly Client is 5 minutes late, Client will be billed. In case of a late in person meeting for Retainer Clients, the time will be spent doing work for their company until meeting begins.
If a meeting is scheduled between Allie of all Trades and a Hourly Client, cancellation or changes must be made 24 hours in advance.
If Hourly Client cancels or reschedules an in person meeting less than 24 hours in advance, Client will be billed one hour of service at current rate and for drive time if applicable.
If Hourly Client cancels or reschedules a virtual meeting less than 24 hours in advance, Hourly Client will be billed for 30 minutes of service at current rate.
If a Retainer Client cancels or reschedules a virtual or in-person meeting less than 24 hours in advance, meeting time scheduled will be spent doing work for their company.
Allie of all Trades reserves the right to change their policies and service prices at any time.
Updates to policies and procedures will not override agreements made within client contracts. New policies may be put in place upon contract expiration or renewal.
Contracted service rates also apply throughout contracted term. Pricing is subject to change upon contract expiration or renewal.
All errors for single project Clients must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, or work will be considered accepted and completed. All errors reported within 24 hours will be corrected at no additional charge.
Additional fees may apply if reported after 24 hours.
There are no refunds. All services managed by Allie of Trades are done so without any guarantee. By having a working relationship, whether verbal, trial or under contract with Allie of all Trades you, the Client, are confirming that you understand our no refunds policy.
If Allie of all Trades is unable to complete the work requested, payment for hours purchased, but not used will be returned to client.
