Allie Wickam (she/her)
Hi! I’m a lifelong chaos coordinator (I’m the oldest of 5!) with entrepreneurship in my DNA. My dad showed me early on that running a business wasn’t just a dream; it was a real and achievable option. From then on, if I found ways to work, I did it. I even wrote my senior thesis on how to start a successful lemonade stand because, like any business, you need the perfect mix of sweet and sour—hard work and fun—to make it thrive.
From shredding papers for nickels in my childhood to managing a hotel and working in publishing, I’ve worn a lot of hats. Along the way, I developed an eye for anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and helping businesses scale with strategy, not stress.
I don’t just believe in working hard. I believe in working smart. Running a business shouldn’t mean sacrificing your time, sanity, or weekends. My job? To tackle and execute strategies for reaching new audiences and building scalable systems so your business can run smoothly without you having to do it all.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you bill your services?
For monthly retainers, we send monthly invoices on or around the first of the month that are due by the 15th.
For hourly clients, you will receive an invoice after the work has been completed in 15-minute increments.
For project clients, you will receive an invoice for the estimate you previously approved.
How do you handle confidential information and ensure data security?
Your security is very important to us. Because we often work with sensitive information, our contracts include confidentiality clauses. Since we often have access to your account information and passwords, we use secure password managers to maintain the security of your accounts. We do work with some clients that require us to sign NDAs for their client security, and we are always happy to comply with different security needs.
How much do your services cost?
Our investment packages start at 1,000 a month.

Is a Virtual Assistant/Online Business Manager an employee?
Nope! We work as an independent contractor, meaning you don’t have to worry about providing taxes or benefits. When we start working together, you will receive a W9 for your accounting needs.
What does your onboarding process look like?
It’s important to us to make sure that we will be a good fit for each other. We always start with a Discovery Call to make sure that we can fulfill your business needs and best support you in your success. After that, we’ll draw up a contract that protects both parties and outlines the scope of work we’ll complete. From there, we’ll get to work!
What is your availability?
We are available from 9-5 MST on Monday-Thursday.
The number of hours we work throughout the month is dependent on the size and scope of the package you choose. Some clients use upwards of 100 hours throughout the month, while others only need 10-20 hours.
What services do you offer?
Our wheelhouse is in project, web, social media, and admin management. From podcast launches, social media creation, web copy, blog creation, and newsletter drafting and scheduling, we handle it all. For a full overview of our offerings, you can visit our services page.

We love working with a wide variety of creators and entrepreneurs! We work with businesses in the HVAC and plumbing industries, realtors, physical therapy providers, financial advisors, therapists, and more!
What are your preferred communication methods?
All of our communication happens digitally. For onboarding, weekly meetings, or discussions of new projects, we can chat via Zoom. For day-to-day questions or comments, we are available Monday-Thursday during regular business hours via email and phone.
